- 09.45 – Gate open
- 11.45 – The ‘ride-in’ arrives from Coalville to complete two laps of the track
- 12.00 – The paddock and pit-lane open. Entry through paddock tunnel. No entry without a valid access-all-areas ticket. SOME QUEUING WILL BE INEVITABLE. 1
- 16.00 – Paddock and pit-lane close 16.00 – Auction begins on stage
What’s on… the stage
- 10.00 - John Price opens the stage and welcomes you to Day of Champions.
- 10.15 - Crash perform their first live set of the day
- 10.45 - John Price interviews James Toseland
- 11.00 - Question of Bikes quiz hosted by commentators Steve Parrish and Keith Huewen – Round one: Suzuki v celebrity team
- 11.30 - Second set of the day from Crash
- 12.30 - Steve Parrish and Keith Huewen’s Question of Bikes quiz continues. Round two: BSB v Public team
- 13.00 - More live music from Crash
- 13.45 - Question of Bikes Final with Steve and Keith. The two winning teams from the semi-finals go head-to-head

One week to Day of Champions! - 12 June 2008
Day of Champions is now only seven days away. Riders have now stopped selling tickets for the event in advance, but you will still be able to buy tickets on the day. Infield tickets are £15 and include the stage show during the day, and the Day of Champions MotoGP auction in the evening.

Riders release limited number of extra ride-in tickets now! – 22 May 2008
We are excited to announce that we are able to release a limited number of extra ride-in tickets for Day of Champions. Riders’ biggest annual fundraiser takes place before the British MotoGP at Donington Park, on Thursday 19th June.
There are only a very limited number of tickets being released, and they are on sale now. This year Riders are giving fans the chance to buy tickets 24 hours a day through our online shop. Those that don’t want to buy online can call the Day of Champions ticket-line on 08702 242 960 between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Tickets for the ride-in are £50, with a pillion ticket costing £35. For the terms and conditions of the ride-in, please click here.
Toseland gearing up for Day of Champions auction – 14 May 2008
Riders for Health’s annual Day of Champions auction brings you an opportunity to see Britain’s MotoGP challenger, James Toseland, on stage. James will auction a full set of his Tech 3 Yamaha kit - helmet, boots, gloves and leathers to raise money that will bring life and hope to hundreds of lives in Africa. James says: 'Motorcycles provide a vital lifeline in Africa. They take healthcare to kids who would otherwise die of things that are easy to cure and prevent. I'm proud to be able to help raise valuable funds for Riders'.
Day of Champions 2008 is on 19th June at Donington Park. Infield tickets are only £15 for adults and are free for children under 16. Ticket holders will get access to all the entertainment on the infield and on the stage, including the auction. - Interviews with riders and celebrities on stage
- Crash will be performing sets throughout the day
- The quiz show ‘A question of bikes’ with teams from the world of motorcycling
- New for 2008: there will be auctions with the 125 and 250 riders, the future MotoGP stars And they will also get access to the world famous Day of Champions auction.
Ticket holders will be able to see all the riders as they help auction off their kit and memorabilia to raise money for our work. It is a really unique atmosphere.
We will be confirming more entertainment closer to the event.
Access All Area and Ride-in tickets sell out – 15 April 2008
Demand for Day of Champions tickets has been very high this year, and we have sold out of both Access All Area tickets and places on the Ride-in. If you missed out on tickets to the paddock this year, you can still enjoy all the other entertainment at Day of Champions with our infield ticket for only £15

Tickets are not yet on sale, but as soon as we announce the date for ticket sales it will be on www.riders.org.
This year fans will be able to buy tickets 24 hours a day, seven days a week, through our online shop. If you don’t want to buy online, the Day of Champions ticket-line number is 08702 242 960. The line will be open from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Niall Mackenzie set to lead ride-in – 20 March 2008 
Former British Superbike champion, Niall Mackenzie, has confirmed that he will once again lead the traditional Day of Champions ride-in from Coalville to Donington.
This year the ride-in meets at Mallory Park, before completing two laps of the track and heading to the Victoria pub in Coalville. Participants will enjoy breakfast at the pub before finally heading to Donington. It concludes with hundreds of bikers taking to the tarmac for two parade laps of the famous track.

Ticket prices for the ride-in include breakfast at the pub, and in 2007 participants had TV chefs, the hairy bikers to thank for their bacon sandwiches, as Dave Myers and Si King took to the grill.
