Day of Champions is one of the highlights of the British motorcycling calendar. Each year over 5,000 people attend the event at Donington Park.
Riders runs a main stage with a large video screen. Events take place on the stage all day, including live music, interviews and quizzes. At the end of the day the crowds pack in to watch the MotoGP riders at the famous Day of Champions auction.
Day of Champions receives large amounts of pre and post event media coverage in the weekly and monthly motorcycle magazines. In 2007 it also featured on BBC and ITV regional news. It also featured on the revamped www.motorcyclenews.com website, with a five minute film.
