Interval Servicing

Interval servicing is Riders’ mid-range service, providing a customer’s vehicles with regular servicing.

Customers bring vehicles to Riders’ service points for servicing at agreed intervals. For examples of different service modules, click here.

Riders recommends that with Interval Servicing drivers can and should be trained by Riders. To find out more about Riders’ training programmes, click here.

For Interval Servicing, payment can be through the cost per kilometre charge or by service event. Unlike Riders’ Transport Resource Management system, with Interval Servicing fuel is not included. For more information about Transport Resource Management and the CPK, click here.
