Data Management and Evaluation Intern

Riders for Health (Riders) has a job opportunity for the position of Data Management and Evaluation Intern. The role is a 6-month contract, full time (37.5 hours), based in Northampton.

Riders is an award-winning social enterprise dedicated to the fight against preventable disease in Africa. Our pioneering work ensures that African health workers can reach their widespread communities using motorcycles and other vehicles, maintained in such a way that they never break down.

The successful candidate will help to make sure that data is sent on time from our field programmes, that the data is complete and accurate and provide initial analysis of this data. This is an important task as it helps Riders to establish the health impact of our work.

A methodical, tenacious approach is required with an excellent eye for detail to ensure we can gather all the information we need and then use this to demonstrate the impact of our practical approach to transport management for health care delivery in rural Africa This opening will provide an opportunity for the successful candidate to work in a busy, not-for-profit organisation and gain essential work experience.

Prior experience of working in a data processing or data analysing role will be beneficial.
