We currently have vacancies for a Fundraising Manager and Fundraising & Communications Director, both in our office in the UK.

The Fundraising & Communications Director role is a senior level post reporting to and working closely with the CEO. The responsibilities of the role include generating income and raising awareness in support of Riders for Health’s work from new and existing donors, individuals, companies, groups and organisations. Dealing with a multi-million pound portfolio, the focus will be on increasing funding, particularly unrestricted funds, to enable sustainable growth of Riders’ programmes across Africa. As a key member of Riders’ senior management team, ensuring the strategic fundraising and marketing direction in the UK is integral to the development of Riders globally.  

The responsibilities of the Fundraising Manager role include managing and leading income from global trusts and foundations, key partners and individuals (including major donors). It is a diverse and exciting role that requires the successful candidate to have substantial experience in these areas, with a proven track record in working towards and exceeding income generation targets.
