Join comedian and biker Ross Noble on the #lastmileride – a motorcycle ride-out with a difference! We’ll tell you the destination, but the start is up to you. Create your own route and along the way Ross will be sending you a series of challenges to complete before greeting you at the finish line. All the money raised from the ride will support our work in Africa - while you're enjoying the day you'll be transforming health care for millions of people. Gather some friends, raise some money, start your engines and join Ross and Riders for a nationwide ride-out!
The #lastmileride is a motorcycle ride-out with a difference. The destination is the MCN headquarters in Peterborough, but the start point is up to you!
As you wind your way to Peterborough, Ross Noble will be using Twitter and texts to set fun challenges for you, and hundreds of other bikers, to complete.
Once you reach the final destination, Ross will be there to greet you with some well-earned food and the chance to share your stories from the ride. They’ll also be prizes galore and a raffle of unique motorcycle memorabilia.
The #lastmileride takes place on Saturday 21st June. You can start when you like, but the first challenge will be at 10am and participants need to arrive at the final destination in Peterborough by 3pm – so make sure you have enough time to get there!
Throughout the #lastmileride, comedian Ross Noble will be setting you some quirky challenges that you will be able to complete, no matter where you are in the country.
These challenges will be sent via Twitter and can also be sent to your mobile phone via text. Share the pictures of you completing your challenges on Twitter and Ross will be keeping an eye out for his favourites and awarding prizes for the very best!
How to enter
Entry to the #lastmileride costs £30 for a rider and £15 for a pillion. This includes entry to the final destination, as well as food and a #lastmileride visibility vest. You can enter the ride as an individual or gather some friends together and enter as a team!
To register yourself or a team of people on the #lastmileride, just visit our registration page. . Once registered you will receive a Riders for Health visibility vest which you must be wearing to gain access to the final events. Register by Friday 13th June to ensure you recieve your visilbility vest. If you want to be sent challenges from Ross Noble via text message don't forget to include your mobile phone number when you register!
