Riders for Health
Ngwarati was programme director for Riders’ largest programme in Zimbabwe where he saw the programme grow to manage over 600 vehicles.
In 2007 Ngwarati moved to the UK resource centre to oversee Riders’ replication work. He is now working to replicate Riders' programmes in other African countries.
While working as a programme director in Zimbabwe Ngwarati led a project to document and enhance Riders operational procedures.
Ngwarati joined Riders as an apprentice technician before working his way up through the organisation and studying for and achieving a degree (BCom) in Business Management.
