Riders_132.JPGAlfred first became involved with Riders for Health in 1997. Alfred was motorcycle fleet coordinator for 110 motorcycles which had been donated to the Department of Social Welfare.

Alfred was a prominent member of the team that set up Riders in Zimbabwe, managing the first eight motor vehicles and 55 motorcycles for the Ministry of Health under Transport Resource Management.

Alfred has previously been principal of the IAVM in Harare. Since the academy opened in 2002, Alfred has trained over 1000 delegates in fleet management, vehicle maintenance and safe riding and driving.

Alfred helped to establish Riders' new programme in Zambia, and is currently working with our operations and global health teams in the UK to expand Riders for Health's work in to new countries.
