Riders for Health
Mahali qualified as a motorcycle rider under Riders’ first nationwide motorcycle fleet programme in Lesotho in 1991. Her success as a rider and health professional saw her become Riders’ first female trainer.
She took a leading role in Riders’ motorcycle training programme in Ghana. Later Mahali became a lecturer in public health at the University of Bloemfontein before taking up the position as Lesotho programme director.
