Recycle for Life
Riders for Health are asking motorcyclists to donate good quality, unwanted motorcycle clothing to our new fundraising scheme, Recycle for Life.
We often get offers from people who want to donate their used clothing to our programmes in Africa. Clothing from the UK is not suitable for the conditions in Africa and so, regrettably, we have to turn down these kind offers.
We have now set up Recycle for Life so that we can these donations can raise money to support our work in Africa. This gives you the opportunity to clear out some of your old motorcycling clothing while helping to raise money to support our lifesaving work.
We think that this scheme will be perfect for young and first time riders, and means that everyone will have access to affordable protective clothing, especially when they are just starting out.
If you would like to donate or buy used and unwanted motorcycle clothing then visit Riders for Health's Recycle for Life stand which will be appearing at events around the country along side the Riders for Health Helmet Bus.
You can also donate clothing to Recycle for Life by sending it to our office at

We are looking for all types of motorcycle gear, but it does need to be in good condition. Please note that for safety reasons we are NOT able to accept helmets.
