Kayodi Ajayi (AJ) has a highly skilled, technical background which was gained in marine engineering. He joined Riders for Health in 1999 as the Lagos Nigeria Development Manager.
He was responsible for the setting up, development and managing of a technical support system across the country, managing a fleet of 83 four wheeled vehicles across 37 states, and for training and managing a staff strength of 41 technical personnel. AJ was also involved in the setting up of Riders’ systems in the Democratic Republic of Congo and The Gambia and from August 2002 became deputy operations director in the UK office. Since 2008, as performance director AJ has been responsible for operating standards in our programmes and for overall technical training in the organization.
Now Director of Opeations for Riders for Health
