Mphatso Kachule

Mphatso joined Riders for Health in 2012 as programme manager in Malawi. She is currently guiding the development of a pilot Sample Transport programme with 24 motorcycles.

Mphatso has a bachelor of education degree from the University of Malawi and is currently studying for her master’s degree in Development Management with The Open University, UK. Prior to Riders, Mphatso had several years of experience working in the development sector with international volunteers working on a variety of poverty reduction projects in Malawi. She also worked at Ngumbe Community Day Secondary School as a Secondary School Teacher. Mphatso’s broad experiences have given her the opportunity to interact with many organisations, learning how to recruit and maintain diversity with volunteers and negotiating with different partners.
