The Ebola outbreak in 2014 showed the world that reliable transport is essential to a strong and far-reaching health system. In Liberia, Riders for Health is working to rebuild and strengthen the health system nationwide.
In Liberia, Riders for Health has set up a programme that provides the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare (MoHSW) with a sample transport system and transport management services. Our office and main workshop (in partnership with Global Services Agency) are in Monrovia and we are building five additional workshops across the country.
